Inclusive resident benefits
When Payload Studios moved into our current office in Farringdon, London, we decided to share our office space with like-minded game studios varying from early stage to scale-ups. In addition to offering desk space at reasonable rates, targeted towards a start-up budget, we offer a whole host of additional inclusive resident benefits. Most importantly we provide these services without strings attached, we’re not trying to be your publisher. We just want to help you on your indie journey.

Health & safety
The safety and welfare of our residents is our top priority. Covid has posed new challenges for office working and we have taken steps to ensure the workspace is as safe as possible for those residents wishing to access the office. We ensure that we stay are aware of the latest Government guidance and regularly assess our safety and cleaning measures and procedures. We are glad to see many of our residents have now returned to work in our office space.
